    What an epic month November has been!     October already!? So much has been going on! SPEAKING DAGGERS We are delighted to say that Speaking Daggers will have it’s US Film Festival premiere next month at the Peak City International Film Festival in North Carolina!     In case you missed it via our social media channels … We are thrilled to announce that Shakespeare Republic: #LoveTheBard (Season Two) has been nominated for BEST EDITING at Miami Web Fest! Congrats to Sally McLean (Director/Editor), Thanassi Panagiotaras (Editor/Colourist) & Tim McCormick (Sound Editing) for this nod and thank you to the judges! This marks the second nomination in this category for our editing team for Season Two and we couldn’t be prouder of them!     Nominate Shakespeare Republic for the 2016 Literary Inspired Web Series Awards!

    We are delighted to discover that we are up for nomination for the 2016 Literary Inspired Webseries Awards!  But … we need your help … So, how does this work?  The fabulous Literary Webseries Center in California wanders the internet each year looking at literary-inspired web series.  Around February each year, they compile a list of the webseries from this genre they feel represent the best the web has to offer and then put that list up for a public vote (that’s where you come in). The public have just under a month to cast their votes for their favourite webseries in ten categories.  Those votes are tallied and then…

    Shakespeare Republic Officially Selected for the Near Nazareth Festival in Israel

    We are thrilled to have made Official Selection for the 2016 Near Nazareth Festival in their Web/New Media category! Episode 6: Sally McLean as “Billie” (Sonnet 18) has been selected by the festival to represent Season One and we are very much looking forward to the festival taking place in Israel next May!     Shakespeare Republic Officially Selected for Garden City International Film Festival and Roma CinemaDOC

    We are delighted to have made Official Selection status with the 2015 Garden City International Film Festival and October 2015 Roma CinemaDOC in their Web Series/New Media and International Web Series categories, respectively! Episode 6: Sally McLean as “Billie” (Sonnnet 18) was chosen by Garden City International Film Festival as the representative episode to compete for the series and Episode 5: Michala Banas as “Phebe” was chosen by Roma CinemaDOC as representative of Season One.
